Acceptance

By signing up and using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance by email or in-app notification.

Service scope

HS Education provides one-on-one online tutoring services for middle and high school students, including but not limited to: subject tutoring, lesson package management, learning progress tracking, and parent account management.

User obligations

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information
• Do not abuse the platform, including no spam and no harmful uploads
• Pay for purchased lesson packages on time

Payment and refunds

Lesson packages purchased are fully refundable within 7 days of purchase if no lessons have been used. Used lessons are deducted at €35/hour and the difference refunded. All refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a lesson for free up to 2 hours before it starts. Cancellations after that will deduct 1 lesson. If a tutor misses a lesson, the lesson will be rescheduled for free or refunded.

Intellectual property

Content you create on our platform (such as student work or screenshots of problems) belongs to you. Our platform code, design, branding, and teaching materials belong to HS Education. You may not copy, resell, or commercialise our platform content without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HS Education is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you is capped at the total fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the dispute.

Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by EU consumer law. In case of dispute, parties should first attempt amicable resolution. Failing that, disputes may be submitted to local arbitration.
