Enrolment Information
The 10-lesson package is valid for 45 days from the date of purchase. Unused lessons expire automatically and are not refundable.
If you need to cancel a lesson, please notify your course advisor or teacher in advance. We will arrange a make-up lesson at no extra charge. Late cancellations (within 2 hours) are recorded but not charged.
We recommend booking at least 2 days in advance to ensure the teacher has enough time to prepare.
Available in the Madrid area. A 5EUR per hour travel surcharge applies on top of the regular lesson fee.
Unused packages can be refunded in full. For partially used packages, completed lessons are charged at the single-lesson rate and the remaining balance is refunded.
