Why families trust us

Every review on this page is from a paying family. We do not accept testimonials from people who have not booked lessons, and we do not edit quotes for length or tone, only for clarity.

Once a month, our team reads every new review. Anything rated three stars or below triggers a conversation with the tutor, the family, or both. The goal is not to push scores up but to find out what is not working, and to fix it.

Tutor ratings are also visible in the tutor directory. Approval rate, average score, and number of lessons taught are all public. We do not hide tutors with low scores; we surface them, so families can make a clear choice.

Finally, we offer a money-back window. If the first lesson does not work out, write to us within 24 hours and we refund the full lesson fee, with no questions asked.
